Shipping policy

LunatiK Rustik wants to ensure that your experience was unique and special from the moment you purchase the product until it reaches you. This is why we take every delivery seriously. 

I can offer different shipping rates to suit your needs. For the United States, the typical wait time is: 

USPS Ground Shipping: 5-7 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 3-5 days

For shipments within Puerto Rico (domestic), the wait time is shorter, usually 1-2 days.  If you need a faster shipping service, please contact me at lunatikrustik@gmail.com for a quote.

 

Processing Time
LunatiK RustiK is a creative workshop in constant production.
Generally, if the product is available, it takes 2-3 days to be ready for shipping.  Some product takes 3-5 working days to be created and ready for shipment. Some holders take more time 1-2 weeks. If any changes arise, like out-of stock products, you may be contacted by phone or email.

 

Tracking Information
Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive all tracking information at the email address you provided at the time of purchase. If you do not receive it, please contact me by message or email at lunatikrustik@gmail.com.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. I can evaluate the issue and make it right. I'm always ready to assist you!
