Refund policy

LunatiK Rustik wants to ensure that your experience was unique and special from the moment you purchase the product until it reaches you. This is why we take every delivery seriously.

 

Return

If for any reason you wish to return your product, you can request a refund within 7 days of delivery by writing to lunatikrustik@gmail.com.

All products must be in optimal condition. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the product is properly packaged so it arrives safely. Once the returned product is received, it will be subject to evaluation before the final refund is issued.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
